1. Put on pants with ties
equally centre at your back.
2. Pull to one side and hold one
hand flat over stomach
3. With the other hand fold
over across the front.
4. Bring ties from the back
and tie in front.
5. Fold the top down
to the desired length.
6. View from the back.

Note: Can be tied at the waist or hips or whatever position is comfortable for you !
